Privacy policy

When you use the forms on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name and contact details, the address of the job and a description of the work. For professional referrals we also ask for your organisation and role, the client's name (initials are fine) and contact number, and how the work is being funded.

We use it to review the job, contact the right person, quote and arrange the work. We only ask for what we need to understand and arrange the job.

You can add photos of the job to your enquiry (JPG, PNG or WebP). They are sent to us as email attachments and are not stored on this website. Please don't send unrelated clinical records or other sensitive documents.

We use your information to carry out the job. We may share it with the people who need it to do that, such as a tradesperson, a provider or the person who referred you. Your enquiry, including any photos, reaches us by email through an email delivery service. Photos are not stored on this website. We keep it for as long as we need it to carry out and follow up the work. We also send our team a short alert through a private messaging group. It contains only the type of work and the suburb, plus, for referrals, the referrer's name, role and organisation. It never includes client names, addresses or phone numbers. This website doesn't currently use analytics or marketing cookies.

The map on the service areas page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap when you scroll to it, so OpenStreetMap's servers can see your IP address and browser details. We don't set any cookies for the map.

When you search a suburb on that page, we look it up in our own list first. If it isn't there, the text you typed is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim search service so we can place it on the map. Nothing else is sent, and we don't store what you search.
